I ordered my items a month ago and I still haven't received them. The kind Gentleman replied to my email when I inquired about them, and told me they shipped out 8/24. It is 9/17 and I still haven't recieved my items. I am disappointed that it has taken this long.

I haven’t had to use Petkey yet and I hope I never will, but having the chip in my dog give me peace of mind.

We received a collar that was toov big. After calling PetKey sent another that fit.

Outstanding product

I registered our Lab with PetKey because he had gotten loose almost as soon as he was chipped. I reported him lost and in less than an hour I was notified by our local Animal Control that he had been picked up and received an email from PetKey informing me as well. Very impressed and a satisfied new customer!!
