Completely totally worthless exercise. When my cat got lost I called and was told the chip was not registered. So I hurried up to give over the cash. HOWEVER, when the cat was found and scanned 4 weeks later, the cat was registered to the Humane Society where I had adopted the cat from 4 months previously. WTH, people!? If I had not had my paperwork I would not have been able to get my cat back.

We are so happy to hear that he is now home safely with you again and we will follow up with you because it sounds like you might have your chip incorrectly registered somewhere else. We don't accept cash and we show your kitty completely registered to you as of 8/26/19. We can help you try to figure that out and clear it up so that it is never an issue for you again.
