We moved out of state. I called Petkey to update our information and to add a rescue that came with a Home Again chip. I was told I could put her on Petkey as well. They were so friendly, gave me all the information I needed, some I didn't know about, and now both dogs are registered with Petkey. No miss, no fuss. I tried that with Home Again and I am still waiting for them to call me back. Hope that's not a reflection of when you call for a lost or found pet. I'm very happy with Petkey!

Many features for pet owners!

I had microchipped my dog 4 years ago and bought the lifetime protection from petkey. We had recently moved and my dogs nose got the best of him and he wondered off. Thanks to petkey and an awesome neighbor he was returned to me the next morning. I was skeptical that I hadn't bought the proper registrations but his return confirmed it is an honest and effective chip registration.

Customer service was ok/polite but not thoroughly explained on initial inquiry. I did order the lifetime membership. Called a 2nd time and better explanation of the id tag quality for price. However, I was disappointed as the id tag wasn't really as nice as I expected. I would have rather just stayed w/ getting the lifetime membership without the tag. I do like knowing my pet can be located much easier than just the vet id tag as the ph# for pet key is on the id tag.

Not too thrilled with pricing...
