Fairly easy to use but I’m old and not really articulate in the ways of the internet

I like that it helps me find my dog but......I feel they should provide a tag at no cost for the dog to where.

I thought the harness was great. But I feel the tags are misrepresented. I was under the understanding that the were heavy duty tag. What comes is a tag that is printed on and nothing engraved into the tag. It was so lightweight and it could rub off if you tried to on purpose. I tried to get a refund and was not allowed even Though it was misrepresented. And it does scratch off on the edges it was already. Still would not refund on the tag. As my 19 year old daughter even said it best. She said you would not let me get the tag She wanted because I had one on the way. She said as she opened the mail “what is this flimsy.piece of crap? So not high quality.” She went on to say “I could have bought the one I wanted, got a better price and better quality.”

The individual who helped me was very knowledgeable very polite very professional and I got the tag and information in the mail when he said I would get it I would recommend pet key to friends.
