Every time I called about transferring the chip to Petkey someone was always there to speak to me.The other companies that are in the same business always went to voice mail. Thanks petkey for actually being there and taking calls

I adopted a dog that was already microchipped and the transfer of information to my name, as the new owner, was seamless. I am, however, still waiting for the new collar to arrive; the first one that was sent was way too large. Hopefully, it will arrive soon.
