Web site could use some work. Not very intuitive

The site is super easy to navigate. It's such a great idea as well. I hope I never have to use it, but it gives me a peace of mind knowing it's there if I need it. Thank you for that.

I believe Pet Key is a total rip off scam! All they want is more and more money! My cats are already micro chipped with Home Again, but I signed up for Pet Key and ordered the pet ID collar for $9.99; which is what I thought I was ordering! All I got for $10 was a plastic ID worth $1 to attach to a separately purchased collar. I called Pet Key complaining, and they wanted an additional $14.99 for a ID collar. Rip Off! $24.99 for ID collar along with paying for one year of Pet Key monitoring. I do not recommend this service, and I do not believe this monitoring would be successful without substantial pet ID collar and by the way the scam is presented to new adoptive pet parents!

I didn't have any problems at all setting my new dog up!

We adopted a dog from a rescue that had a chip but it was never registered. I called to find out how to proceed and was talked through it in a matter of minutes. The rep answered all my questions and I received a tag and more info in the mail. So easy!
