My niece owned the dog we have first and when she tried to change the information about the dog, he was never registered in your system. I think that she spent quite a bit of time getting it straightened out. It is ok now.

This helps me to feel more secure if my dog ever gets lost.

I recently adopted a dog that was already registered under another owner. I called Petkey and they did all the work from there. I explained the situation and gave them my information. They made contact with the person currently registered. I only had to wait until they contacted Petkey or 3 weeks if they failed to contact Petkey. I paid the transfer fee and in a couple weeks received a tag and card with my updated info. I now truly feel that she's my dog and if she ever gets lost that she'll have a greater chance returning to me.

Made a call put was on hold for about 10 mins. Left a message for a call back. There were several call I received but couldn’t identify the number and didn’t receive a voice message. If this was and urgent call about a missing pet, time would be critical.

I think this is a good company. I found the site easy to use and feel more secure that I have another way to find a lost pet.
