We are very confused on what you are referring to. We would only have your information because you set up an account for your pet on our website directly. We would not be able to target you in any other way and our website very clearly is branded with out company name and logo. If you ended up on our website by mistake we apologize as there are multiple microchip registries to choose from and if you do a google search you will be presented with different options. It looks like you purchased and ID tag with us which we did ship but we have issued you a refund since it sounds like you intended on visiting a different website. If we can be of any further assistance please let us know.
