My daughter had been taking care of my dog while I moved to another state and purchased a house. The PetKey account was in her name so when she brought our dog to me the account needed to be updated. The young man who assisted me was very professional, friendly, helpful and also protective of the account. He insisted on getting my daughter's permission for the change, which I appreciated so very much. He contacted her directly, got her permission and then called me right back. He then updated our account with all of the new contact information and sent out our dog's new tags. It was a very smooth transition!

I hope to never have to use this as a service, but I get great peace in knowing that my pet will always be able to be identified.

dog had micro chip from first owner,but was never reg.very fast service transferring that number to my name and address.
