The process was smooth and easy. However, I thankfully haven't needed to use it so far. Like insurance, it provides peace of mind in case my puppy is ever lost or stolen.

The customer service was awesome and extremely professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Would highly recommend them for all pet owners both old and new. The entire registration and activation was super easy.

I transferred a registration and it went smoothly. The tag sent for my dog is very nice.

My dog was chipped by PetLink. Went online to update and did so through your website. Your website was very easy to navigate and was able to accomplish everything I wanted to do.
