All was fine. The only thing is when I recieved the tag I was surprised it was so big. My dog is only 3 pounds, the tag is too big for her.

Quick and easy

I was really disappointed at the excessive cost PetKey charged to just transfer a microchip for a dog rehomed to me. This company is clearly in it just for the money - it is RIDICULOUS to charge that much just to update their database for an already-registered chip. Edit: I did not want or need the pet ID tag and card, and was not given the option to update the records without paying for everything.

Pretty good site and customer service.

I would like to have had a very clear confirmation number of my pet's chip being registered. I wasn't 100% sure the registration had gone through.
