The representative I spoke to, was able to record all the info I could provide into the system and then just like that, my dog was registered and now we have a way to potentially find him if he ever runs off, or if someone decides they want to kidnap him. They made the whole process very easy!

So far my experience has been pleasant when making sure my pet is safe and can be tracked if needed. What really made me want to give it a 5 star is how PetKey reaches out to their members to inform you of others whose pets are missing and updates on the process. It is so heart warming when you read about pets being reunited with their owners. Tearing up just thinking about it.
