Customer service was very good and helpful. We all love our pets so it gives us some piece of mind should our pet get lost. I like the warning system that goes on neighboring e-mails with the picture of your pet and provides information, I think it provides a better possibility for the return of your animal.

I thought that by paying the fee this was lifetime charge. I can get a lifetime charge for 35.00 on other sites my vet had suggested. I got an email from Petkey right after purchasing wanting me to pay more money for lifetime. NO WAY- I need to cancel it.

It is such a relief to know that if my precious poodle were to get lost, he has a chip that would bring him back to me. Thank you for this wonderful service
