Everything is great. Only disappointed that the wrong photo is on his ID, but that could be my fault, downloaded new one a couple minutes after the one you used. It shows his face more clearly.

I got my pup a month ago and had him chipped. After research I decided to register his chip with PetKey the lifetime program, tag came quickly site was very user friendly. Since then I've received a few emails reporting missing pets in my area that are registered with PetKey. It's good to know that you have the extra security if your pet goes missing, emails came with the lost pets picture and pets name. Customer service I found exceptional.

I called PetKey after my dog’s tag was lost. They quickly requested the necessary information, promptly processed my replacement fee and will send me a new tag asap. I am very happy with the attention to detail I received. Also, the tag is very pretty; can’t wait till the new one arrives!

Cuz when they replaced my cats tag (id number is wrong STILL) they got it wrong a second time. I will not bother calling AGAIN to get it replaced. Smh

User friendly. We needed to update our rescue cat's microchip info. It was very easy.
