Great customer service

I had difficulty registering my microchip number online. After filling out all of the required information, when I tried to check out, the server wouldn't complete the transaction. It kept returning me to a previous page. I repeated the process several times from the beginning and obtained the same result. I finally called the customer service number and reached a person who did not extend to me the courtesy that I thought I deserved. I detected the same condescending attitude that tech people often display to people who are not tech savvy, which I thought ironic because I have a degree from MIT. I do not believe that "the customer is always right," but neither do I believe that the customer is always wrong. Please give the customer the benefit of the doubt.

The website was a little difficult to navigate but we got exactly what we ordered and the security of having our pup registered is a great feeling.
