As a first time puppy owner piece of mind is my number one. It was easy to update my account with all needed puppy information. I received my ordered collar tag in a timely manner. Hopefully I will never be in the situation to have to depend on my puppys chip information!

No products were purchased on your account. What you purchased is a lifetime registration with alerts for your dog. There is no product to receive with that. If you have questions on our service, or what you bought, feel free to call us at 866-699-3463 and one of our reps will be happy to help. Thanks for being a part of the Petkey family!
