The Dr did and excellent job of placing the microchip and she made sure it was done as not to cause discomfort to our puppy.

Don’t think you should have to pay for chip implant and then a yearly or lifetime service it should just be one fee

Explanations were clear. Site easy to use. Went back in account to add a picture and I was a little confused as to the process, but I was successful with little effort. Prompt response to my inquiry

Sign up was easy but I was surprised there was an additional fee for services.

Although the buckle on the collar was on backwards, my husband was able to unscrew the connection and turn it around

Would have like the plastic tag for id to be a better plastic, more durable.

Great experience getting everything set up for my pet..

Simple to initiate. Will use again!
