Excellent idea to have such a comprehensive program in place to assist with lost or stolen pets. I hope and pray I never need to use it but feel great that its there!

The rep seemed nice and that was good, although I thought she was a bit hesitant about the order, but did finished the order. Although I have NOT seen the purchase arrive at my home. That’s not good business, 6 weeks later and still no merchandise I ordered. You want my money for services &items, and I want what I paid for. If you can’t fill it, refund it!! My order was in January still haven’t received my merchandise & it’s March 14th. You get a big fat zero 0. Nor heard back from them with the emails I sent!! Terrible customer service

Easy to use, but was not aware there are numerous other companies offering the same service.

I see they have us updated with the lost pets. I know that if one of their customer finds a lost pet we will report it to find its owners.

We have had no incidents thus far to have had to utilize the benefits of PetKey. For this we are grateful. However, knowing that we have it in place is a peaceful feeling.

Very easy to use and set up - hopefully we never have to use it, but if we do we know she will come back to us.
