I wanted to be assured that I got the service I wanted and Petkey did that

Quick and easy and now I don’t have to worry as much about my sweet pup thanks.

Easy to use service. Only thing I found not so easy is each time I log in it says I haven't completed my profile information but this could be user error. I hadn't figured out how to save this information pertinently instead of each time I log in.

This was very easy to register my dog I would suggest using PetKey to anyone

So my micro chipped dog went missing on 1/10/22 called them.made sure my info was updated.Rep stated all had been brought up to date called back 3 weeks later after getting a reminder about renewal which I had already pd rep told me my account for.some reason was never updated???? I am so worried now because my dog is still missing

Thankfully I have not had to use your program to recover a beloved pet BUT the company is a joy to work with!

I adopted a dog from a rescue that had her registered through PetKey. When the adoption was finalized, I was able to access the website and change the information on file to mine so that I will be notified if she is ever lost. This is a wonderful service and I hope I never need it, but it could be the difference between never seeing a lost pet again and finding them through the chip notification system. The online website was easy to navigate and secure. The cost in my case is about half of what other chip registrations are. Thanks.

As a volunteer with Greyhound Adoption League of Texas, Inc., one of my duties is to enroll greyhound Microchip numbers. I recently enrolled a dog and the process was very easy. Therefore, PetKey is easy to do business with.
