The process was fast and efficient

I thought that the website was a bit confusing. I'm still not sure if I needed to purchase the PetKey tracking service for lost dog. I thought that there was a way for veterinarians to track dogs by their chip number. Purchased the year tracking service just to be certain if my dog got away from me she could be traced.

I purchased this services with the expectation of an active search or algorithm of reminders being sent out for my lost pet. The only thing this company does is send ONE email to anyone else who had lost pets one time that your pet is missing. Still have not found my cat.... waste of money and time.

this was an easy site and service to figure out. of course we worry that they will always remain in business should our pup ever get separated from us but for now I am highly satisfied.

Could not reach anyone by phone, got a response by email but asked for a phone call back and it did not happen
