Sorry for the bad reviews but your service doesn’t really do anything unless some one find my dog and scans the chip that’s not really helpful

Our service identifies an animal as yours if it is found. We also reach out to you by phone and email to let you know where to reunite with your pet. A microchip is not a GPS tracker, but it is a very important tool in getting lost pets back to their home.

I had my dog Zip chipped before we moved across the country, but did not register him right away. We were literally in our new home 2 hours when he slipped out the garage. He got lost because he did not know the area. I registered him quickly and within a few hours he was found by a Good Samaritan! I was notified as soon as he was reported found via text and email about 5 hours had passed. The only issue was the long hold time his rescuer spent reporting him found. I am sure this was due to COVID. FIVE STARS!! I would highly recommend.

When we had our vet chip our pet, it was not explained that this was for a limited time only. In fact it was marketed to us as a way to ensure we could find our baby or someone could find us if she ever became lost. Well, this year we were told that was for only a limited time and we had to renew another year or upgrade to lifetime. We naturally chose lifetime as family (even the four legged kind,) is a lifetime commitment. Once our information is on the chip, it should be able to be read for a lifetime. To only protect an animal for one year even if the information on the chip remains valid is not in the best interests of the animal and thus exposes he usurious nature of this company. Their interest is making money and not of animal's well being.

The reason we offer annual pricing is not to only protect pets for one year, it is to offer a varied price point to meet all customer needs. I assure you it is nothing usurious. We are a company of pet lovers who want all pets to be protected. I am sorry that your vet did not explain this better.

I paid the higher price so that I would not have an annual charge. It seems like I should have received a little tag with his chip number on it or at least some sort of receipt. I received nothing. Other than that, I assume the chip is registered and on record. Thank you!
