PetkeyReviews of petkey.org

The service was fast and very professional.

So far I am happy with the site. However, I think the world assumes that everyone is tech savvy. If you are great with computers it would be a breeze, but for those of us who still struggle it is somewhat difficult. Takes a bit of time to speak to a person. I also have a hearing problem. and sometimes it is very difficult to understand the computer directions, had to keep going backwards to relisten. When I did get a person, it was difficult understanding some things had to ask them to repeat frequently. But the people were pretty helpful and I'm happy he is all registered.

Excellent experience! The lady that helped me was very clear and precise and lead me through the process with great ease (can you tell I had bad experiences with 2 other companies) I will use PetKey again and again. Thank you from my new Dobie "Lily".

I found a dog in my neighborhood with a PetKey tag. Called the number immediately. The woman asked for the PetKey number on tag. I felt so good that this dog was going to be reunited with its family very shortly. It just so happened that the neighbor who lost the dog was driving around and saw that I had his dog. Happy ending indeed!! After this incident I then quickly registered my own dog with PetKey. She now proudly wears a tag and also a collar which was purchased through PetKey with her name and ID number printed on it. I highly recommend chipping your animals because of this personal experience, it works!!

Ease of signing up for the registry of the chip.
