The process of registering your pet micro chip was easily done. It is nice to know that if my dog somehow gets out of the yard and decides to visit neighbors in the neighborhood, they can contact me to come get my traveler.

Such a comfort to know my rescue cat is traceable back to me in case we ever get separated. Transferring her identification information from her original owner to our family was easy.

I haven't received any packet or any other paper work from you. Not sure what you mean about service, I haven't seen any service yet. I think you were way over priced but since I already had the chip implanted I had no other choice. the vet didn't explain that it would be an additional 45.00 to register. So that is why the low rating. I'm hopeing your service in finding lost dogs is better than your paper work.

No packet or paperwork is included with microchip registration. You can view or print it in your account if you need it. I just re-sent you a "welcome to Petkey" email so you can access your account. I am sorry that your vet didn't explain the cost of microchip registration when your dog was microchipped. If you have questions, give us a call at 866-699-3463 and one of our representatives will be happy to explain.
