Good experience. Very pleasant and helpful team. They explained everything and were able to resolve my issue immediately. However I do wish that your team had shared both the pricing options upfront for me to be able to make a better decision. The second lower price option only came forward after the conversation went on for some time.

You charge $45 dollars for something that was supposed to be free

I don’t think I should have been charged 45 dollars since my vet had done charged me 45 dollars at the office.So I believe that it was a double dip.I talked to my vet and she said she didn’t think that I was supposed to be charged anything but also she didn’t refund my money.So be careful and know up front.Other than a double dip,it is great to have our English bulldog chipped and registered just in case she gets lost or stolen.

Microchip identification of pets rely on someone finding your pet and taking it to be scanned. We are sorry to her that your dog has not yet been found. We will reach out to you instantly when we get a call from a finder of your pet.

We just adopted a cat from our local cat rescue and we got her a chip and went through the process very easily. I did this on-line and didn't make connection with anyone online. It was fast and easy to do.
