Excellent professional job

Because of you.. PetKey.. We have our cat back. You have no idea how grateful we are. I will ONLY use PetKey. The fliers are what did it They called off the flier.. Not FB not TikTok.. The fliers this company makes for you soon as you report your pet lost to PetKey instantly click & you can download fliers to print. Within 4 hours of the alert had my animal back. I was at work the 1st 2 hours didn't see the alert at 4pm. Then get to hotel & the owner of hotel told the maintenance man to scare her out of the hotel about 3pm..Soon as I got there I handed out fliers it is now 4:30ish. People had seen her & pointed the direction & found her in a pipe after having fallen in the pool. I truly feel without the fliers.I wouldn't have found her in time. She was soaking wet freezing and no food going on 2 weeks. She was safe in the room. Had never left. Apparently was somehow hiding in the bathroom that 6 people searched. All he had to do was wait. And the reason he said he needed the room and couldn't wait. What all of 2 hours. The lied said they called animal control but they didn't we checked. And she was chased out the room down the hallway out the hotel doors into the pool around fell in the pool. So thank you your fliers truly saved her life

I learned the priceless value of microchip registration years ago when a beloved older cat wandered away while she was being pet-sitted when we were several states away visiting family. She was found, we were called and she was brought back home. After that, all our pets have been chipped and registered. The newest, a stray we acquired as a kitten lost in Himeji, Japan, while working there in 2019 and 2020 was chipped and registered in Japan. When we returned to the States with her in April of 2021 I found that Pet Key made the process of transferring and changing her info and ours simple and affordable. Thank you for peace of mind.
