Have not had the need to use it yet. In the last month we adopted a 13 year old miniature dachshund who was no longer wanted her because if medical issues.

On 7/21/21 I renewed the registration for three of my dogs, Teddy, Velvet and Eli. About a month later I received a notice that Velvet’s registration has expired. I still have the email confirmations for three renewals, however they aren’t identified as to which dog belongs to which confirmation. Andrea Jackson 5205 Bland Rd, Jacksonville FL 32254

I enjoy the service very much. It’s another way I will keep my baby close to me!

I got the lifetime program with no additional cost ever. Good response to any questions asked by me.

The Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable , and patience. They took time to repeat my questions to make sure there were no errors. Gave me exact information on what and when to expect with my purchase.
