Received what I ordered in 48 hours

Received quickly, my dog loves these treats!

This company has amazing customer service. If I run out of food early or have too much on hand, they are willing to work with you to get it right for your cats feeding preferences. They also have a good selection of pet food. I recommend Petflow. I have been very happy with their service and pet food.

Placed order and after 16 days called still not has arrived!They check the stock it inaccurately says again that it is in stock but in all actuality it definitely was not .After a second order still did not arrive they just issue "store credit ".This is not how chewy conducts their business!Petflow has a very negligent computer system and will not even let you back out of an autoship!They are subpar!!!Never again will they fetch a nickle from me again and its CHEWY OR PETCO for me!

Your new website it not user friendly anymore! I keep waiting for it to change, but am considering another vendor, its almost not worth the hassle. For this order I didnt receive the normal "double check your order, its shipping soon" notification or I would have altered the ship date. Sorry Petflow, you may be losing a customer.

I like the fact that it gets delivered to my house, although I can buy it for the same price at Walmart and multiple times I’ve got dented cans that I’m not happy about. I’m not sure if it’s the warehouse or the delivery person my dog has a lot of allergies so the one kind that I buy is not available at Walmart

Always on time great service

I have a recurring subscription for dogfood delivery. I especially like that I can choose the spacing between the delivery dates according to our needs. Sometimes the food goes faster than others (because we occasionally have 2 dogs to feed in the house). The website is easy to work with, the additional offers are always great and the quality of the merchandise never disappoints. I am very happy with Petflow!
