13 days delivery for cat food! I don't recommend if you need timely delivery. Other suppliers offer 2-3 days delivery with similar pricing.

I ordered two identical bags of cat food and two identical bags of dog treats. I received a box with one bag of cat food and one bag of dog treats and on the outside it said there were two of each. I emailed Petflow stating my order was incomplete and another order was sent and arrived several days later. No explanation was given but I am satisfied with the products.

I've been using Petflow for 10 years and while their phone service is always helpful and courteous, recently they have either messed up orders or those orders have arrived late. Again, when I call they are always responsive and correct their problems, but they really shouldn't be happening in the first place.

Frustrating to place an order that appeared to be in stock (a prescription food necessary for management of my dog’s medical condition), only to then be told that item was unavailable. If an item is out of stock it should be reflecting that status on the website.

I've actually had a great experience with PetFlow but it's FedEx that I'm having issues with. I was suppose to receive the rest of my order a whole week ago and it's just been sitting in the FedEx facility for 7 days. Unfortunately I've reached out 2 times to PetFlow and they said they'll let FedEx know but it hasn't changed anything from what I can see. I've never had incredible situations with FedEx either, they've been pretty mediocre.

Super fast shipping and delivery! Dog food order was well packaged and not overly packaged. The price I paid for the Open Farm Ancient Grains Salmon dog food with a coupon was less than I pay at my local store.

I have a dog that seems to be allergic to everything! The one food that he tolerates is the Beef and Sweet Potato All Natural canned food. This product is not the easiest to find when you need enough for a English Mastiff! Found it here! and have set up a monthly delivery. A+

I was almost out of my dog's favorite treat. I went to the my regular (big) online store, they were out. PetFlow had the item at a great price and shipped it fast. It made me realize there is more than one place to shop online for pet supplies.
