Why give them 4 delivery time they change the ok with that,The box they need to work on it ,Because everything was exposed

The dog food was all over in the box.I prefer it on the bag

This is the worst experience I have had with pet flow. Most of the time I order food and I get it with in 2 days from their Las Vegas warehouse. Usually so great! But this order was a perscription food order and supposedly it is coming from Royal Canin directly. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my food to arrive. I am very dissapointed. I had to call pet flow and they said they were waiting on royal Canin to give them a tracking number. I am out of food now totally unsatisfied with this delivery service .

After searching other sites and not finding my dog's food in stock, I found Pet Flow and it said they had it. I placed my first order knowing they would contact the vet for prescription authorization. This, they say, will take an extra 1-2 days. That's fine. 7 days later I hadn't seen any tracking or delivery info so I called. They customer service rep said "oh no, I don't see why it hasn't moved. We'll get it to you right away". Two days later (this is day 9 since order) I get an email that says - unfortunately they don't have the product and need to cancel. At this point I'm nearly out of food. I had planned out several weeks ahead but ran into problems finding it and now this problem with Petflow. I won't trust them again.

Easy service and quick delivery!

You have a lot of products at great prices the problem is i was unable to make the purchase. The card i have on file expired so i removed it at put the new one in and saved it. Every time i try to make purchase it resorts back to old card. I then called in and used a rep who took the information and entered it and when he tried to process it, it still reverted back to old card. He had no idea why!! Problem is the number is exactly the same but expiration changed. I had to make the purchase elsewhere. Very dissappointed.

Awful! My vet keeps saying they can’t approve or deny my request for food and I can’t get anyone from petflow or vetsource to call the vet to straighten things out. I have been trying to order dog food for 2 weeks! The first kind I needed you said you had but didn’t, and now the second time I’m ordering food, no one will reach out to my vet to get approval from the order, even though the vet says the vetsource service isn’t working for them. Literally cannot say enough how I will never be using this service again.
