PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I used to manage a pet store a few years ago. We started to carry Fromm and I was curious about the Four Star product line. It was similar to a product that my dog was already eating, but at a lower cost. I took a chance and it was the only product she actually wanted to eat. Having a picky dog, I was beyond thrilled that she was finally eating. We moved to another state and I wanted this same product for my puppy but no stores carried it nor weren't able to special order it. Not only was I able to find it here, I was able to pick from several more proteins instead of just the 6 we carried in the store back in my hometown. I order four different formulas each time and so far, she loves them!

This company has amazing customer support when needed and the best prices I have found for quality dog food. Bonus- This company gives back by donating to animals in need.

Online was good but this company is false advertisement it said online a piece of driftwood 20 to 26 inch no where close the biggest one was 15 inches.

They carry the food brand Fromm that I trust to feed to my dogs

B4 checking out customers pretend to see shipment details namely the delivery date

I got what I ordered but it took forever and the food was obviously exposed to a lot of heat, so the wet food is weird now.

Not user friendly, very limited options on changing auto orders, customer service never gets back to you.

First, website very onerous to use. I have had continued issues on cancelling orders only to see them pop at a later date not cancelled and largely due to notifications that my order is being sent even though I cancelled it. That is my biggest issue with this company and I have told them time and again to make it more user friendly. Timing of my order is also difficult without keeping a lot more food than I need on hand. I either tend to not have enough or too much.
