Ordered food for cat using the promo code that was sent to my email. Several days after placing order I received an email that part of the order was out of stock and my card would be issued a refund for the out of stock items. After receiving the order in the mail I looked to verify my card was refunded the items I did not receive. Petflow charged me full price for the products they shipped, took away the promotional discount and refunded my card the small remaining balance. What a scam not on a refund for out of stock items. What's the point of the promo code. Never again I'll stick with chewy.

The order came, was well priced and packaged in a single box. I grew impatient waiting for it to come - all of 7 days. I just should have ordered sooner.

I used PetFlow a number of years ago but eventually went back to store-brand cat food. I will reorder but I'm still trying to learn the advantage of buying this way. Right away I was told that one item was out of stock and might be delayed due to shipping from another warehouse. That item actually arrived days prior to the item that was in stock at the main warehouse. I came back and ordered because I need a premium brand for a cat's special dietary needs. Given the expense, free shipping regardless of order amount would go a long way toward cementing my loyalty as a repeat customer. Not quite ready for auto-shipping at this point. And...Why does a Trustpilot account have to be "automatically established" just so I can post a review? More data gathering?

I ordered my dog food on July 2nd. I've been charged for my order but still have not received it.

Item was out of stock. It took pet flow a week to let me know that.

Great product; shipped super-fast and very well-packed!! (32-oz. bottles of salmon oil for our dogs). Highly recommend PetFlow!!
