Couldn't get it to work. Water did not raise up high enough for cat to be able to drink it.

i was real happy but lately the service is bad s i ordered a package it got lost you guys sent out a new one but it takes forever. my dogs don’t have good now i need to buy some and they get sick

Customer service is on the ball. Every time I call they are able to help me within minutes without any hassle. Prices are great on our dog food.

In general, the site works well. Auto-ship is pushed a bit, but easy to deselect. When used, auto-ship works well and is easy to adjust or disable. Selection is good in some areas and not so great in others. They do carry some brands that won't cater to big box stores, which is the main reason I use them. Shipping (usually FedEx Ground, I believe, at least for my location) can be very slow if items aren't available nearby.

I ordered 8 bags of dog food under autoship. In doing so, it gave me 35% off my entire order. Apparently the warehouse couldn't fulfil my order in full, so they delegated my a part of my order (2 bags) to another warehouse. The food that came from the second warehouse did not honor the 35% off discount and I was charged full price. At least they got my order correct.

Ordered on Friday for WED shipment . Was told to be out of NJ. Expected delivery on Friday . Did NOT come. Called in to Petflow. Was told coming out of NEVADA. ( given $ 15.00 credit ) Arrival to be on WED.( But should have been Fri ) It did arrive on Wed. If it was to be coming out of NV it should have been shipped with consideration to delivery time and shipped on Friday ordered. Poor packing practise on opening. Bag within was torn. Dog bones broken. NOT happy with PetFlow. Will take business to other supplier.

Would be 5 stars as the product was good and delivery was good but ordering was not phone friendly. It took me 6 tries to order because the website was not as mobile friendly as it should be.
