I understood 2 to 3 days was estimated time of delivery. It took 5 days.

Customer service is always awesome. We have only experienced one issue with a product ( not Petflow) and they sent a replacement immediately. Great!!

I ordered Ridgid tubing and who ever packed it bent the tubing into a U shape in jammed it into a square box, thank you for destroying every tube I order

They had what I was looking for that their competitor didn't carry, and at a reasonable price. The order shipped quick and received them quick. But I realised part of my order was missing when I opened the package. All I had to do was email them and it was taken care of - they shipped the missing item immediately! Best customer service :)

When our previous online dog food website stopped carrying the brand our dog was used to, I panicked wondering where in the world I was going to be able to get her food shipped to us. I actually ordered a different brand, then decided I didn't want to put her and us through the discomfort of slowly getting her used to the new food. So I went online and discovered PetFlow and am extremely pleased with the ease of ordering and the fact that her favorite canned food arrives within a few days of ordering.
