I placed a order it took three weeks it was never processed. I was being held up by the pharmacy and they indicated my vet never responded. I called my Vet three times and they said never received a request for the order. I placed a order via Chewy it was handled and shipped in one day with delivery at my door within three days of my order request. Your order department is lacking responsiveness.

Poor communication. Website had false information regarding availability of the purchased item. I waited for over nine days without any contact. When I did contact I was told the warehouse was told to ship immediately- obviously that didn’t happen. Really sad, was waiting for a medicated dog food for my senior dog who ultimately suffered due to their inability to complete a simple order.

Your sight you had an item I was looking for. I paid for the product, and I waited to receive it. I called and I was told ..it’s sold out!! And My question to them was ..why wasn’t I called about it this. All the I received was a sorry..sorry?. I sent them over $100.00. Just upset I didn’t get what I really needed..new t very professional. My opinion Anthony P Gapastione

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a pet food company. I typically don't write reviews however you asked and I'm shocked. We ordered a product early in the week and everyday they emailed asking to clarify information. It was ONE bag of dog food ordered through PayPal on the site. After several days of contacting to provide clarification that they needed, each and every day my order was still not shipped due to timing issues. I eventually cancelled the order (5 days later) ordered from another company and had my food sooner than it would have ever been received by Petflow.

Petflow is great Signed up for the text coupons -- cool feature I would like to use a coupon on each order which is about 1 a month I am not able to auto-ship

Easy to order, quick delivery (and free if you order enough) and very good products. Prices are fair.

Good prices, timely delivery, great customer when I had a problem.
