I attempted to buy dog food from this company via their website. As I navigated through the purchase, there were coupons that they displayed that applied to my order. When I put in the coupon codes, the value of the coupons were deducted from the price. I agreed to the fnal price, which was better than their competitors, and when I clicked 'Buy now", the total for the purchase was higher than what was agreed upon. I called customer service and she stated that it was only one coupon per customer. She didn't know why the coupons were originally accepted and again said it was one per customer. I quickly canceled my order and want no part of this shady company. I only wish I would stop receiving emails and text messages from them after I unsubscribed to both. Stay far away from this company.

I placed my 1st order and it was cancelled because it was out of stock even though the website showed it was in stock.

This company is wonderful to work with. Will be a return customer.

I was having a very difficult time finding the food I feed my Lola from my usual company. I found PetFlow and they filled my order for her food with no problems. It was delivered in a timely manner and I have a happy Doxie.

You can’t give me a delivery date but you want a review. This will be my first and last order. Typical. Take my money just fine but then play games for days/weeks about delivery.
