The customer support is not existing

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Never got an update on my order so I'm assuming it's coming. I'm glad I still had food for my dog if not she would be starving.

I just found out about pet flow and I am very pleased with the service, they always have the item I need, I have two small older dogs and they are very picky. Thank you

Ordering was easy.Free shipping key especially ordering cat litter. The boxes used for shipping was not heavy enough to handle the heavy litter. The boxes were damaged but fortunately the bags the litter come in were heavy duty. I did email customer service about tracking and they were very prompt in responding. A call would have been saved if the tracking number provided to me gave me the information that customer service had to figure out.

I wish I could have gotten my order sooner. I had to get another bag from another competitor. Speed up shipments.
