Every time I call the agents are very helpful with my orders. And, are shipped right away.

PetFlow was the only place I could find the one cat food my senior will eat at this time. The pricing was very good and shipping was fast!

While I appreciate you carrying the Rx dog food, the ordering was really confusing. I emailed 2Rx’s, then got a response that because of Corona you email viewing is delayed(are people still using Corona as an excuse??). So then I called to confirm, someone told me they would forward Rx’s to whoever needed them. Ohh and they had already debited my bank account for payment at this point. Few days later got another email that they are still waiting for Rx. Then chatted w/ another person & they said that the dog food isn’t shipped thru Petflow- but sent from manufacturers (because it’s always out of stock- I wanted to know if Petflow had it). Petflow said when it gets shipped they will notify me!!! Next day, food was on doorstep. So the whole process was very confusing! And it seemed like nobody knew what was going on. And PLEASE, develop an app.

Horrible. Worst ever. Never told me they are a 3rd party. I was told ...after my order was delayed....that they do not carry the item. Their website site said 5 in stocks! I called 3x, then called the food manufacturer myself. Even the manufacturer order # given to me was incorrect (not the order # confirmed at purchase). Lastly, a supervisor called me back and said order should be out in 5 days ( not the 2-3 days orig told to me). Three days later, out of stock so order cancelled.
