PetFlow indicated on their website that they had a particular prescription dry dog food. We had not been able to find it anywhere else and we were running out of food. A couple days later I get a message saying that my order was canceled because they didn't have the food. Because of this cancelation we ended up running out of the dog food and had to find an alternative. It put us back several days because we had to start over. I am really disappointed that they said they had the food when they didn't.

I ordered cat food over a week ago and still it is not shipped! I am running low and it is prescription. I can’t run out to a store and get more! Please help me! Thank you!

Great company, always on time!

First time I shopped with Petflow. It was a great experience. The only downfall was they didn't have all the food in stock I needed for my dog.
