Looked all over for kitty's favorite food. Everyone was out of stock(Petsmart, Petco, Amazon, Chewy, etc). PetFlow had her food. Arrived yesterday. Happy kitty; happy mom.

Great service. Friendly people. Very efficient.

I ordered dog food that was out of stock everywhere else, but on PetFlow they didn’t say that and they took my order. As a result I didn’t search for a different limited protein food. By the time that PetFlow said that the food wasn’t available, most of my other options were also sold out at other retailers. My dog has serious allergies so PetFlow acted in a very dishonest manner which has caused her to have very few options for food. terrible.

Order accepted but ultimately cancelled DAYS later. Unavailability of stock not PetFlow's fault, but inaccurate inventory and slooooow response is. This was for dog food, so not an item that can easily be delayed.

My ordered was never processed. I spoke to someone from customer service who said he would handle it and then I never heard back from anyone ever again. And never got a refund.

One week after I've ordered they send me an email and told me that they don't have it in stock.

I am very disappointed with the quality of service from PETFLOW. Having a diabetic dog that needs a special food, I was promised my ordered shipment would arrive to continue my dog’s special diet needs. These promises were just words!!! Not only did I not receive promised shipment, my order was put on hold till further notice!!!! I will never order or recommend PETFLOW to anyone. I pray my elderly blind diabetic dogs survives their unprofessional service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is very friendly and easy to talk to if an issue ever occurs. Large variety of items to choose from that other retailers do not carry. I do most of my ordering online with auto ship which makes it very simple! Recently, I needed to place an order through the pharmacy. Again, the process was very easy to navigate through. Even though my vet had to approve the food, the shipment arrived within a few days.
