I placed an order for the first time and it took longer then I expected. I was disappointed in the food from fromm. It is very watery and for it to have such great reviews and high quality I was disappointed.

Claimed item was in stock,(Hill's Prescription Diet y/d wet cat food) but turned out not to be true. They lied. I trusted them not once, but twice. Finally learned. Unfortunately latest charge from 10/04/2022 still appears on my bank statement. They do NOT have the Hill's Prescription Diet y/d wet cat food, even though they claim, "IN STOCK".

Website let me order prescription food without having it in stock, which they didn't tell me until a week later and after having to get the vet to send in the script. Waste of my time and now my cat doesn't have the food she needs. Will NOT be back!!
