My first experience with Pet Flow waas excellent. I was able to find the food that I wanted for my Macaw and for my Cockatoo. I will be purchasing again

Would not recommend. I never received a shipment confirmation so I followed up via chat today. My order was cancelled and I received no notification of when, how or why.

Not the best customer service. Also, if you have an issue with your order, they will not do anything to rectify it.

My items arrived quickly and packaged well. My dog loves his new food and it was super convenient to get it delivered straight to my door!

I ordered prescription cat food on PetFlow's website on Sept. 26, 2022 and included all necessary information, including the animal shelter's veterinary office that issued me the prescription. As of Oct. 11, 2022, my Order History for this purchase still shows "Verifying Prescription." I have received no notifications, e-mails, or status updates from PetFlow during this entire time other than an order confirmation at the time of purchase. My order appears to be in limbo and I may need to attempt to cancel it so that the hold is removed from my credit card. This transaction, my first, has not been a positive experience and I would probably not recommend this website to other buyers.

Great prices, fast shipping definitely gonna order from here again.
