You lied about having the Hills y/d Thyroid soft cat food. My gut told me not to trust your website. No one else was showing this food available except you. Hills, Chewy, Banfield, and my Vet could not get this food. You showed it available on your website even when it was out of stock, stringing me along for no reason. You dishonest people knew exactly what you were doing, and it is despicable. I will never use your website again. Moreover, I will do what ever I can to warn others of your dishonesty.

My order arrived quickly. I had an issue with one of the items. Petflow responded to my email and a replacement was sent out within 2 days. Excellent prices and discount programs, outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Petflow

I trusted the Pet Flow website and ordered Kong chew rings for our dog. The company website certainly was willing to take my order and my payment. I even spoke with a customer service person who helped me place my order correctly. That was 10 days ago. When I inquired today because my delivery hasn’t yet arrived, they suddenly send me an email saying they will not fill my order because it is not legitimate. Why do they legitimately accept my inquiry and send me a receipt with all the information then 10 days later suddenly deny the purchase?? This is very disappointing. I really wanted to rate them -5. Have you run into this problem with Pet Flow?

What I appreciated was that when they did not have the product I ordered they notified me right away.
