PACKAGING is terrible!!! I have no complaint with anything about Pet Flow BUT when I receive a 25# dry dog food, the box is barely holding together and is obviously a used box, tape wrapped all over it and I'm shocked when it arrives that it is still holding together. Maybe you are saving money but the aesthetics are terrible.

How about free shipping for under 50.00 More like 35 minimum

Always easy to order. Once an item was omitted from my shipment and it was corrected immediately. Your customer sevice is A+.

The prices are good, but not great. Free shipping makes the difference. You are always pushing subscriptions. I received an e-mail about 25% off any order over $100. Nowhere did it mention I had to enter into an obligation, my term for subscription, to receive it.

Dog food was shipped when expected, but box was delivered broken open. Thankfully bag was intact. Either box wasn't sealed well or wasn't handled well by Fed-ex or both.
