Quickest and Lowest cost I've found for ordering my dog's prescription food. First, shout out to Zeus's Mom, Miranda for helping me with my order. Second, they are quick delivery than most other companies I've used to order. Lastly, they have a good flow on their website.

BEWARE! When you set up an auto-ship, they will not let you cancel from your account. They make you "pause," and change your ship date to a later date, so it's not a true pause. They won't let you delete your credit card info since they moved your ship date vs. canceling the auto-ship. You have to reach out to customer service to cancel. I am still waiting to hear back from them. This is shady business. Chewy lets you cancel with ease from your account with no hoops to jump through. I DO NOT recommend using them. Not worth the hassle.

This was my second prescription food order. Quick and Easy!

It took over a week to recieve my order. I called four days later and the customer service representative told me there was a problem with my order. The warehouse It was coming from was out of stock so they needed to get ut from another warehouse. There was a lack of communication from the company and I was never made aware of it. If I didn't call, I would've never knew about that issue.

I am very satisfied when I order from PetFlow. My order always comes quickly and I really love the packaging which is always secure and my cans of pet food are always secure and are delivered in great condition. I will be using PetFlow for all my pet items.

Their competitors seem to have stock issues. My Dogs have sensitive digestive issues and after not being able to purchase what they need, I contacted The dog food brands company. They said they do have it in stock but only for AutoShip. It was suggested I try PetFlow And there was no stock or shipment issues. As of now, my dogs are happy and I found a new dog food supplier.
