My vet had Hills Rx Biome wet food on backorder, as we're all other local places and online except for PetFlow. I placed the order and did not receive confirmation of the product being out of stock with your vendor for nearly a week. This was very stressful for me because my 16 y/o Shih Tzu had finally found a food that worked for his digestion. Then I had to start all over with a different brand. Customer service was responsive, but did not provide ms with the answer I needed.

I changed to PetFlow when the other company I've been ordering from did not have my items in stock twice. Quick shipping. Reasonable prices.

Everything was delivered quickly

This was my first time using Petflow. I placed an order on a Monday for a prescription dog food. The following Monday I get another email saying the order was canceled as the product was out of stock. Disappointing to have to wait a week to find out they didn’t have the product in the first place even though it showed in stock on their website.

Order arrived quickly and complete.

I was told I would be receiving 4 cases of Hills prescription gastrointestinal biome food. My credit card was charged and I was to,d it was ready to ship. I did not receive a tracking email, so I called and was to,d it was out of stock. Why was my card charged and I was told it would be shipped to me and then I have to call to find out they weren’t sending it?

The service continues to be excellent! I especially appreciate their Customer Service department. My last order somehow got severely messed up. Unfortunately I realized the error after already placing the order. I quickly emailed their customer service department explaining the error. To my surprise, I received an immediate response stating that they’re working on my case. The next day the error was completely resolved and my ordered was processed. I’m very impressed with their expediency and professionalism.
