I’m annoyed that despite repeatedly checking the website, Petflow was actually out of the item I ordered and even marked my order as in progress and the chatbot told me it was enroute when it was on backirder.

I had my dogs food on auto ship and got an email that the food was supposed to ship soon as expected. I never received the food, so went online and changed the shipping date to the next day so i could get it ASAP as my dog was almost out of food. It looked like it stuck and my card was charged. A couple days later, still never received the food. Went back into the site and my next food ship date was a month from now. I contacted support and was told my item was out of stock. I never received notice that it was out of stock and wouldn't be shipped. Now my dog is out of food and he has severe allergies to almost everything. Going back to using chewy as theyre more reliable.
