Website is user friendly and tidy cat is a great product

My Peflow shipment is always on time. But the boxes are consistently damaged by being overloaded and not sturdy enough. Often the shipping service has had to tape the boxes back together because they have burst open. I realize that the shipping is discounted. But I would pay more to have sturdy boxes with my products intact.

I tied the auto ship to get a discount not realizing how difficult they make it to cancel. I should be able to just do it online but I have to call to do it. This was my main reason for canceling and not getting a different subscription.

I have been using Pet Flow for a while now. I have 3 dogs and I have my auto delivery setup for every 3 weeks which is nice because I do not have to run to the store and lift the big bag or waste my gas because we all know how much gas these days. I get it right to my door and I get an extra discount for having auto ship. The customer service from Whitney is exceptional I have not had an issue yet that would make me go elsewhere. The only issue I had was my auto ship was showing the food was 94.99 when I have been paying 83.99 which was also showing on the website. I emailed in and brought it to their attention and Whitney took care of me no problem. I would definitely recommend PetFlow hands down.

The dog food I purchase can be hard to find, and I've been purchasing from you for years now. When I signed up for auto delivery, I didn't get the discount promised. The message stated that the brand I purchase, cannot be discounted. I've been using Fromm for over 6 years now. I feel tricked to signing up for the auto fill, and will be cancelling it.

Second time using PetFlow. Fast shipping and quick order fill for prescription refill for my pups. Good prices.

Shipping is ALWAYS late.
