The ball launcher was exactly what we needed. My yorkies are loving it! And may I add I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package much earlier than expected. Great merchandise, great service...what more could I ask for? You can bet I'll be back for more :-]

I love the ball shooter, still need to train the dog to trop the ball into the shooter. She is a little afraid of the noise it makes. The service and response was great, but the extra ball were advertised two Dollars less if ordered the same time as the devise yet I was charged the regular price. Not that much more, but it should not have happened.

Hi Annelie I apologize you had a price issue with the balls. Could you tell us possibly where you saw it advertised for two dollars less? We did have price special where you purchased more than 1 qty and the price would be lower, however if you order at the same time as the device the price was the same. Please let us know and if we can, we'll make it right. PetFancy

Unfortunately due to Customs processes my order is still at the American/Canadian border offices so I cannot comment on the actual product. However upon receipt of the harness and trying it out on Blue I will again complete the review. The speed and efficiency of your company is commendable and I appreciate the fulfillment of my order.

I have three mini dacschunds. The first plops the ball in the funnel. The second sticks his head in the funnel and steals the ball. If by chance a ball does launch, the third is waiting down the hall to catch it. The iFetch is "laugh so hard your belly aches" fun :) :) :)

I bought a sleepypod for my Yorkie and this was the only site that has the best price and availability of the color I just wanted: pink! The shipment was so quick and the customer service agents were excellent.

Wonderful service, great experience of purchase, but... petfancy offers a "free gift with purchase", and the gift never arrived.

Hi Maria Apologies if we overlooked to include the free gift in your order, its usually placed in the package. Please email us your address and we'll send it out immediately. PetFancy

Love the h2o4k9 bottle which was cheapest on this site but you wouldn't know that from the fast shipping and efficient communication.
