I absolutely love the clippers but unfortunately the blade that came with the clippers was dull and pulled when trying to shave my 1st dog. 4 stars because as much as I love the clippers,it sucked not being able to use them (because the blade was dull) until I ordered another on amazon..I would definitely recommend the clippers but check your blade.

PetEdge Epic FAIL - I ordered for a dog show event. Order was delayed, company would not work with me to overnight a replacement order. Customer service lied and said they "never sent things overnight"...Not a company I will do business with again. Take your business elsewhere, lots of other great companies.

Shipping is TOO EXPENSIVE. Have to pay for return shipping of a product. When I wanted to add an item after my purchase, I was told I could not do so.

I ordered a very small order from Pet Edge that fits in the small box they sent (7 blades and a small slicker brush). Because they could not also push their catalogue in the small box, they split up the order in a larger box and a small box. The shipping for the two boxes was $34. and then they both went through customs and I got charged fees on each box, when they could have easily been sent in the smaller box. I was charged 25% brokerage fees because they had to be paid separately due to the incompetence boxing the items I ordered. I figure that the "free catalogue" cost me over $30.
