Product descriptions aren't clear and items that are not included are pictured making it seem like they are part of a package you're buying. Customer service was not helpful at all and never once offered to rectify a screw up on PetEdge. Will not be using this company again

I bought some products to arrive in 3 days and they never arrived. They told me that they wrote the address badly and that they were going to give me back a credit. I mean, the mistake was theirs and I did not get the products I needed. They take a long time to answer the messages or do not answer.
